Very interesting. It is a reformulated Dr. Robert Atkins Diet Revolution, low carb diet...from what I read about the attack level. Except this diet does not allow fat or dairy. It does add oat bran. I was cruising the app store looking for low carb recipes. The secret of remaining on a low carb diet is variety. The more cookbooks you have the better, for one does get bored with the same recipes everyday. Finding new recipes keeps taste buds interested in what one is eating! I am (sadly) someone who must remain on the Induction level...or what is called Attack, here....to lose. My body even resists losing when so strict...however, I could not feel more healthy! One could describe me as being truly allergic to carbs. Therefore, this and all low carb recipe books are extremely useful tools with which to stay on course. If a recipe book can teach the dieter even five great new recipes...that is fantastic. The recipes contained herein offer a more European flare and combinations of ingredients that will inspire the weariest dieter. Remember living low carb is not just for weight loss....it is also for life long health. It is a lifestyle. Today, there are so many new products in the marketplace that low carb eating is the easiest it has ever been. Eat well, enjoy, become a great cook, share your food and feed others...and most of all be healthy!
